Welcome to Manav Rachna Centre for Distance and Online Education, MRIIRS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses, website, and related services. By accessing or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • Enrollment is subject to eligibility criteria specified for each UG and PG program defined under the UGC and AICTE.
  • Applicants must provide accurate academic records, identification, and other necessary documents.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after document verification.
  • Students must pay the semester/year wise/lumpsum fees before final registration.
  • They receive an official admission confirmation and student credentials.
  • Enrollment may be revoked if false information is provided.
  • Enrolled students gain access to pre-recorded lectures, assignments, and other e-learning materials through the LMS
  • All content is for personal educational use and cannot be shared, copied, or redistributed.
  • The University may update, modify, or remove course content as needed.

Authentication using OTP is a common security measure. For example, when you transfer money from your bank account, the bank sends an OTP to your registered mobile number for verification. Similarly, the MRCDOE payment portal will send an OTP via SMS for authentication when processing a payment.

  • The fee structure for each programme is displayed on its respective programme page.
  • Payments must be made through approved online/offline methods before the course commencement.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow the refund policy as per UGC guideline.
  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment, as well as the revocation of all licenses.
  • Registration fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
  • Students must uphold ethical academic standards, avoiding plagiarism and cheating.
  • Any violation of academic integrity may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension.
  • Respectful communication with faculty, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
  • UG and PG courses may include prerecorded sessions, live sessions, assignments, quizzes, exams, and research work.
  • Evaluation criteria and grading systems will be communicated at the start of each course.
  • The University reserves the right to withhold results for non-compliance with academic or fee requirements.
  • Exams will be conducted online, and a laptop is mandatory to appear for the exams.

Students will receive certificates/degrees upon successfully completing the course, clearing all examinations, and earning the required credits as defined by the programme and academic requirements.

  • Personal data is collected, stored, and used as per our Privacy Policy.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for academic and legal purposes.
  • All course materials, software, and content are the intellectual property of the University or its licensors.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to attend online classes.
  • Technical support is available for issues related to course access and university platforms.
  • The University reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment for violation of the below terms:
    • Non-payment of fees.
    • Misuse of university resources or misconduct.
  • Students may voluntarily withdraw from a course, but refunds will be subject to UGC guidelines (Refund policy).

The University is not liable for technical disruptions, data loss, or personal losses due to system failures or service interruptions.

  • The University reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
